A few weeks ago I met a remarkable soul intent on making the leap into a teacher training program through The Samarya Center. I was so touched by her story, her humour and insight. Shelagh is a "herbalist seeking to reconnect people with nature via plants, yoga, and other ancient healing modalities." I know that with her creative & nurturing spirit she will help bring so much healing into this world. She is currently reaching out to her greater community to make this yoga dream a reality.
